The past few years have been bit of a blur, always with a buzz of inner beauty, outer beauty, moments of chaos and moments of stability always swirling round. The fine balance of breath, gain and loss, give and take, with every intention being made with the best of intentions, grateful for the breath that still exists in these lungs and the opportunity to make some sounds with said breath.
